Trading System

OHFI and a mature IT team have set up the overall architecture and infrastructure of client use, middle office, data center, and order execution. OHFI also has a multi-strategy R&D platform designed based on WorldQuant's R&D system. At the execution end, the IT infrastructure team is responsible for accessing different trading channels for traditional strategies;  While low latency strategies are developed and accessed by both strategy and IT team.

Operation

The operation system is completely covering the whole life cycle of fund products. The operation process is proficient with an average 3.28 working days for filling; the system construction is perfect that clients are able to complete redemption through electronic contract;  product structure is diversified and OHFI has maintained very close relationship with partners to ensure customized client needs can be greatly satisfied through special processes (such as share transfer).

Compliance

OHFI chief compliance officer has more than ten years hands-on experience and is fully in charge of the internal control. The compliance department formulates and continuously improves the internal control for the entire process of fundraising, investment, management and exit. Ensure to implement rules into the business process and balance each part; Regularly conduct self-inspections on the authenticity of registration and filing information, compliance of fundraising behavior, standardization of investment operation and completeness of information disclosure.

The accounting team members are professionals with CPA, ACCA and other qualifications coming from diversified backgrounds such as accounting firms, list companies and financial firms;  Perform financial management such as budgeting and financial analysis, research regional financial and tax policies and provide tax advice to management.
